International Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding
International Symposium on Fish Nutrition and Feeding (ISFNF) hosted by Nutrition and the Production of Fish and Shellfish Committee of International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS) is the international fish nutrition conference of the highest level in aquatic animal nutrition R&D field which has become the most important communication platform for fish nutrition and feeding industry. ISFNF have been successfully held 15 symposia since its first in Aberdeen England 1984, the following 14 are held respectively in Bergen Norway 1987, Toba Japan 1989, Miyazaka Japan 2000, Biarritz France 1991 and 2006, Santiago Chile 1992, Hobart Austrilia 1993, Texas America 1996, Las Palmas Spain 1998, Rhodes Greece in 2002, Phuket Thailand in 2004, Florianopolis Brazil in 2008, Tsingdao China in 2010 and Molde Norway in 2012. International Symposium on Nutritional Strategies and Management of Aquaculture Waste are combined into ISNFF, with its basic pursuit of sustainable aquaculture since 2000. Since 2010, the world Chinese conference on fish and shrimp nutrition and ISFNF take turns to hold symposium with World Chinese Conference in single year and ISFNF in dual year.
