Dr. Zhang Song of Nutriera was invited to attend and give a presentation at the Myanmar Fisheries Seminar

Seminar on aquatic feed nutrition and processing hosted by National Fisheries Association of Myanmar was held in Yangon, Myanmar on 23rd November. Dr. Zhang Song of Guangzhou Nutriera was invited to attend and give a presentation there.

    The theme of this seminar was called Feed Processing and Aqua Nutrition Seminar, which was mainly about discussing the aquatic feed processing and nutrition of Myanmar. The vice Ministry President of Myanmar livestock and fisheries made the opening speech. Leaders and executives from Myanmar Fisheries Association and Aquatic Feed Association also attended. This seminar was the first high-level technical one on feed processing and aquatic nutrition in Myanmar aquaculture industry in recent years.

Dr. Zhang Song made a report named Prospect of extruded aquafeed in Myanmar. The report analyzed the current situation of Myanmar aquatic feed and pointed out the development direction by comparing the fish nutrition demands and the benefits of all kinds of feeds. In addition, Dr. Zhang Song forecasted the prospects of future development for Myanmar extruded aquatic feeds. The report provided essential reference for the development of Myanmar aquatic feed industry, which gained consistent high praise from all the participants at the conference.

Dr. Zhang Song’s report left a deep impression on Mr. U Win Kyaing, the Secretary of Myanmar National Fishery Association. When the report finished, Mr. U Win Kyaing went up to the stage to praise the professionalism of Nutriera personally and expressed his sincere thanks to Nutriera for the efforts of Myanmar aquaculture.
