Nutriera experts were invited to attend the Maoming Feed Industry Association Annual Meeting and the Fourth Feed Forum and made several reports.
On 24th, December, 2018, Maoming Feed Industry Association Annual Meeting and the 4th Feed Forum were held in Maoming, Dr. Zhang Song, Vice President of Guangdong Nutriera Group, Mr. Peng Zhidong, General Manager of Technology, and Ms. He Fen, Director of Quality and Brand, were Invited to attend this annual meeting and make special reports on aquaculture sections.
The annual meeting was hosted by Maoming Feed Industry Association. Guangdong Nutriera Group and several outstanding feed enterprises, and nearly 300 industry participants from western Guangdong, Hainan and the Pearl River Delta region attended the conference.

In order to let the feed enterprises have a deep understanding of the domestic fishery development trend, systematically understand the new models of aquaculture in western Guangdong and grasp the development opportunities of the aquatic industry, as well as explore the survival and development of feed enterprises in western Guangdong. The Maoming Feed Industry Association invited the team of experts from Nutriera Group made special reports on the aquaculture sections.
Dr. Zhang Song, Vice President of Nutriera Group, gave a keynote speech on "Commitment Strategies for Feed Enterprises under the Trend of Consumption Upgrade". The total volume of the aqua feed industry has increased steadily, the structure has been transformed and upgraded. The trend will also drive the farm-care products and functional feed to be promoted since the demand for healthy, safe and convenient consumption food increased. The aqua feed entrepreneurs should up grade their products as well as the farming model regarding the limitation of farms and the increasing of rental cost. They should promote the high-quality specific functional feed and upgrade the intensive farming model design, to deal with the immense challenges of market changing.
As a new special species, Pangasius fish had suddenly risen in western Guangdong, especially in Maoming. But the farming is not going so smooth. Peng Zhidong, General Manager of Nutriera Group's technical department, gave a report on "Key Points of Pangasius Fish Culturing and White Meat Color Control Technology in Western Guangdong". He shared a large amount of data and farming photos in the report. He shared about the three-level standard nursery farming model, the pond screening, feeding management and water quality controlling. He also pointed the perspective of nutrition and water quality management could be the solution of the yellow meat issue, as well as the meat ratio and farming efficiency. With the team's profound theoretical foundation and rich practical experience, the team has systematically established a healthy culture model named "Nutriera Pangasius farming model", which really promotes the healthy development of the Pangasius fish farming industry.
Ms. He Fen, Director of Quality and Brand of Nutriera Group, gave a report on "Fast Identification of Adulterated Fish Meal". With the diversification of fishmeal channels imported from worldwide, the identification of fishmeal adulteration is becoming more and more difficult. A little carelessness will bring immeasurable losses. How to identify the quality of fishmeal is necessary for every aqua feed enterprise. The report quickly identified the quality of fishmeal from three aspects: microscopic examination technology, flotation technology and chemical qualitative analysis, which gave the participants the most practical reference.
Nutriera experts gave a lot of valuable reports, which aroused strong resonance among the guests and was highly praised. After the meeting, representatives from many enterprises in Maoming, Zhanjiang, Hainan and other places were still continually consulting and communicating with the experts. They hoped to receive technical support and business guidance from Nutriera Group.
