On 16th November, Deng Yingjun, Deputy Mayor of Jingzhou, Hubei, Director of the Agriculture Office of Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Director Huang Jun of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, Zhang Tianhong, investigator of the Jingzhou Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and Ouyang Jinxu, Director of the Jingzhou Agricultural and Rural Development Center, Xu Yong, the head of the Investment Promotion Office of Jingzhou Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, visited Nutriera Group for research and exchange. Dr. Yang Yong, President of Nutriera Group, led the senior management team to warmly receive the visiting guests.

Ms. He Fen, Human Resources Director of Nutriera Group, introduced the general situation of Nutriera to Deputy Mayor Deng and other guests. Nutriera has the world's leading intelligent production system in Zhuhai Industrial Park and a strong talent team. The series of activities held by Nutriera left a deep impression on the guests. In particular, the team's professional level, international layout, series of innovative products and technical solutions were highly praised by the guests.

Deputy Mayor Deng Yingjun mentioned that the first stop of visit to Guangzhou was a special trip to Nutriera Group. He said that Jingzhou is a large breeding city, with an annual breeding capacity of more than 1 million tons. Water environmental protection is particularly troublesome now. General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the environmental protection policy, coupled with the newly promoted "Emission Peak & Carbon Neutrality" strategy, brought up new challenges for the discharge of aquaculture tail water. Jingzhou is looking for a suitable way for sustainable and healthy development of the aquatic industry in Jingzhou. Nutriera Group’s positioning and philosophy are particularly good, especially the “nutrition and farm-care” concept that was first put forward in the industry, which is refreshing with strategic insight, and highly consistent with the national development strategy. Jingzhou City urgently needs these advanced concepts and technologies, and they hope that Nutriera Group can continue to support and serve the development of Jingzhou aquatic products and participate in the process of healthy aquaculture and tail water treatment in Jingzhou. Director Ouyang Jinxu gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation of Jingzhou aquaculture. Among the prefectures in the country, freshwater aquaculture in Jingzhou ranked first for 27 years, and it is an out-and-out "Freshwater Fish Capital". Director Huang Jun affirmed Nutriera's emphasis and investment in aquatic technology, and strongly invited Nutriera to locate the "nutrition and farm-care" technology in Jingzhou, and specifically developed a local plan that conforms to the Jianghan Plain.

Dr. Yang Yong, President of Nutriera Group, extended a warm welcome to the visiting guests and thanked the leaders at all levels in Jingzhou for their concern for Nutriera Group. Jingzhou is a market that Nutriera has served for a long time, with a broad customer base and a high degree of market familiarity. In response to the aquaculture problems in Jingzhou raised by the visiting guests, Nutriera Group has always paid great attention. The concept and program of "nutrition and farm-care" have been launched for 3 years, and there have been mature application programs in Jiangsu and other places in China. On this basis, it is not difficult for Nutriera to develop corresponding technologies and products for the water quality and breeding species in Jingzhou City. The implementation of the "Nutrition and Farm-care" program can also quickly achieve significant results.

The two parties conducted in-depth discussions on how to apply the "Nutrition and Farm-care" program to solve the pond water environment problems in Jingzhou's main breeds and farming models.

Located in the hinterland of the Jianghan Plain, Jingzhou is known as the "land of fish and rice", with large and small rivers crisscrossed with lakes, reservoirs, ponds, and weirs dotted around. Jingzhou is extremely rich in aquatic resources, and the conditions for the development of aquatic products are unique. As a major aquaculture city, Jingzhou has ranked first in freshwater aquaculture across the country for 27 consecutive years. It is the country's largest crayfish producing area. In the list of "Top 10 Counties and Cities in China's Crayfish Industry in 2020", Jingzhou occupies 3 seats. The annual output of crayfish is 420,000 tons. For every 4 crayfish that the common people eat, one crayfish comes from Jingzhou.
