Nutriera experts were invited to give lectures on China’s Foreign Assistance Training Program

Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and undertaken by the Fujian Institute of Oceanography, China's Foreign Assistance Training Program "2019 training course on maricultural technology, aquatic feed production and disease control technology of developing countries" were held in Xiamen of Fujian. 47 participants from 8 countries including Laos, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Egypt, Libya and Tunisia participated in the two training courses. Dr. Zhang Song, vice president of Guangdong Nutriera Group, and Mr. Wang Yaohua, technical director, were invited to give lectures.

Dr. Zhang Song gave a presentation Aquafeed Nutrition and Manufacture and Mr. Wang Yaohua made a presentation Ingredients of Aquafeed. Through a large number of pictures, data and samples, the knowledge of various raw materials, aquafeed nutrition and production technology were introduced, participants exchanged ideas positively after the presentation.

During the training, some participants said that the pangasius farming was plagued by the problem of yellowing fish flesh, which influences the pangasius product export price and value. During the training course, Dr. Zhang Song shared a special report Key Technical Solutions to Produce White Pangasius Fillet. From theoretical knowledge to practical technology, the report elaborated on the key technologies of white flesh pangasius and the comprehensive solution of turning yellow flesh into white, and demonstrated the numerous successful cases of Nutriera team in China and other Asian countries.

China's Foreign Assistance training program is an important part of the construction of "The Belt and Road". Nutriera Group has actively to help the countries along the "The Belt and Road" to develop aquaculture and provide safe and healthy aquatic food.
